Niagara Surf Partners with International Development Academy

n our tireless goal of continuing to improve and offer the best opportunities to our players, we are delighted to announce our latest partnership with the International Development Academy.

IDA has residential programs in Europe �� and the United States, Florida for both boys and girls and its objective is to train and develop student-athletes in a high-performance environment, advising and guiding them towards reaching their personal and professional objectives. IDA offers multiple academic pathways as well such as high school, gap year, undergraduate and masters programs.

We will be working closely with IDA on creating new opportunities for you over the next year including short-term training programs in Europe/US, international competitions and tournament opportunities, full-time residential programs for players who are ready to make the move, and college recruitment and placement guidance for older players seeking a scholarship in the US.

We are excited to open new doors for the Niagara and Western New York soccer community!

Veo and Niagara Surf Soccer Club have developed a strategic partnership to help empower teams and athletes within the Niagara Region to help capture their moments.

Video and analysis are fast becoming the evolution of both coach and player development. The ability to coach after the game is finished and watch the footage back subjectively, only increases the accuracy of feedback to players. For players themselves, having access to game footage and the ability to create highlights during key moments of the game, helps develop their off the field awareness. Veo is committed to helping develop athletes across the US and Canada.

6 NIAGARA SURF GIRLS HEADED TO SAN DIEGO FOR SURF SELECT

⚽️�� Congratulations to Isabella Carvalho, Emily Stefik, Hailey Booker, Vitallia LaPointe, Kara Lukasik & Alessandra Dino on being selected for the Surf Select National iD Camp in California next month for the 07/08/& 09 Girls teams��!

The Surf Select program brings together the most talented players and coaches from all of Surf Nation to compete together under the Surf banner at the highest levels. Surf Nation encompasses 55 Surf and affiliate clubs across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The structure is designed for players to represent their region, showcase their talents in front of attending college coaches, and be identified for the Surf Select National Teams for 2024. This event is invite-only, exclusive to our community, and will represent some of the top talent across Surf Nation.

THREE NIAGARA SURF GIRLS INVITED ON TRIAL WITH Pro Club In Portugal

The Niagara Surf girls Portugal soccer tour was not only fun and amazing, but a success! Four players on the tour were scouted and invited to a trial with the first team of pro club Sintrense in July! The girls will head to pre season in August for two weeks to be assessed.

Congrats on a great showing in Portugal to Olivia Tehrani (Surf U18), Isabella Carvalho (Surf U17), Emily Stefik (Surf U17), and Kayleigh DiGirolamo (Tour Guest Player).
